2016 Goals (created in May)

I want to share that I used an acquaintance Scott Britton's "Goal Setting Process" and his examples to form my goals. Scott and I played football against each other in High School, competed in combines together, and I have been incredibly impressed with the way he has built his brand and his content post college.
Life
This was a bit of soul searching but eventually came out as a few high-level sentences which might be "catch all" but they were important in identifying my yearly goals as it put in perspective important aspects of my life.
Health: I want to maintain a healthy diet and physical form through proper proportions and sustainable exercise habits. I want to maintain a healthy mental state through communication and seeking help as I need it.
Family: I want to be a great husband, father, son and family member. I want to have a positive impact in my community: Family/ Friends > Neighborhood > City > Country > World.
Professional Growth: I want to continue to push myself to grow everyday through a sustainable routine and mental approach.
Finances: I want to be able to provide near and long term wealth for my family so that we can enjoy leisure activities, travel and quality things in life.
Leisure: I want to be able to travel and experience luxuries that have been earned. I want to find relaxation in athletics and hobbies without being worried about financial constraints.
